Scott Myers
President and CEO
|
Mr. Scott Myers has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and health care consulting industries. This includes extensive experience from Europe and US in the areas of marketing, sales, business development and market access. Before joining Aerocrine, Scott was part of UCB, a €3.0 billion global biopharmaceutical company where most recently he held the position of VP, Head of European Mid-Markets. In this role, Scott had overall responsibility for a region with a €400 million turnover that covered more than 30 countries and employed over 600 people. Under Scott’s leadership, group operating profit increased significantly and he led the launches of several small molecule and biologics, including Innovair for asthma.
Prior to UCB, Scott held several senior positions at Johnson & Johnson including Senior Vice President and General Manager of McNeil Specialty Products. In that position, Scott led a group of over 700 people and had overall responsibility for the $800 million pharmaceutical portfolio. Aerocrine shareholding: 180,000

VP Development & Technical Operations

Mr Carlson was born in 1953 and has been a member of Aerocrine’s management since 1998. He has over 20 years’ product development and production experience in pharmaceuticals and medical technology. Mats is also a deputy Board member of RegMan AB. He was a Board member of the Swedish Industrial Design Foundation, SEDOC PM AB and the Karolinska Institute’s biotechnology Ph.D. program focusing on industry. His previous experience includes CEO of Pharmacia Chiron Partnership, a consultant for Wenell Management AB, Project Co-ordinator at Pharmacia and Project Manager at Siemens-Elema in product development for intensive care. Morten Gunvad has a broad international background in sales & marketing within medical devices. He was born in 1967 and was appoined VP Commercial Operations Europe & Asia for Aerocrine in 2011. He was previously VP Soft Tissue Implants Europe for Covidien AG, Switzerland and a member of the European leadership team. He was also Area Director for the Nordic region for Tyco Healthcare Norden, Area Sales Director for Tyco Healthcare Germany and several other positions within Tyco Healthcare and Auto Suture/United States Surgical Corporation.

Ken Marshall has over 20 years of experience in global commercial operations spanning general and specialty businesses for both drug and device. This experience includes marketing, sales, health economic/payer strategy and business development. Prior to joining Aerocrine, Ken was Vice President of Marketing at Ikaria, a critical care company, focusing on the commercialization of their drug/device indicated for the tratment of neonatal hypoxic respiratory failure. He also managed new product strategy and device evolution. In addition, Ken was Vice President of Marketing at GlaxoSmithKline where his primary responsibilities included the launch and commercialization of several key products including Imitrex/Amerge, Vesicare, Zofran and multiple products in the company's HIV franchise. Ken holds a BSBA in Marketing and Economics from Western Carolina University and a Masters of Business Administration from Houston Baptist University.

Kathleen Rickard is a Medical Doctor and specialist in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. She brings fifteen years of industry experience from senior leadership of respiratory medicines development at GlaxoSmithKline in the U.S. Most recently, Dr. Rickard has served as Medical Director at PPD, a leading global contract research organization providing drug discovery, development and lifecycle management services.
