Anders Williamsson Chairman and B.Sc. (Econ.)

30 years’ international experience of medical technology and life sciences. Anders has held senior executive positions in several companies, and has been resident and worked in the US and UK. He was born in 1954 and has been Chairman of Aerocrine since March 2007. Anderson is also Chairman of Jolife AB, Nano Bridging Molecules SA, Biomain AB, AAA Teamwork AB and Provinsbanken in Helsingborg, Sweden. He is also a Board member of Ambu A/S, Glycorex Transplantation AB (publ), Foss A/S, Fade Hook & Draw AB and Cross Lifestyle Solutions AB. His previous professional experience includes CEO and Board member of HemoCue AB, HemoCue Holding AB and POCT Holding AB, CEO of HemoCue Inc., Atos Medical AB and Vice President of Pernovo AB.

Lars was born in 1956, and has been a Board member of Aerocrine since 2001. He is also Chairman and General partner of GZ Group, CEO and Board member of Gatenbeck, Zakrisson & Partners AB , Chairman of CellaVision AB, Swecare and Life Medical AB and board member of Cancerföreningen. Lars is a former Chairman of Aerocrine and has been a Board member of companies including Investment AB Öresund, Biotage AB, Neoventa Medical AB and Perbio Science.

Lars Gustafsson Board member

Board member, M.D., Professor of Physiology at the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology at the Karolinska Institute. He is a co-founder of Aerocrine and has published over 130 papers on physiology and environmental medicine. Lars was born in 1950 and has been a Board member of Aerocrine since incorporation in 1997. Lars is active in research into the mechanisms underlying the formation of nitric oxide (NO) in the airways and mechanisms identified with asthma. Lars is the CEO and Board member of Attgeno AB, Nitrograf Bioanalysis AB, was a partner of Nitricare Handelsbolag and has led research groups that participated in the production of material for the Swedish National Allergy Commission, and for the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. He was awarded the Environmental Medicine Prize from the Swedish Cancer & Allergy Foundation in 1999.

Staffan Lindstrand Board member

Board member since 1999. Born in 1962, M.Sc. (Eng.), partner with HealthCap and possesses extensive experience of venture capital in life sciences, and before that, investment banking. He is a Board member of HealthCap AB, and companies including Biotage AB, Orexo AB, OxThera AB, NeuroNova AB, Lindhold S.A. and XCounter AB.

Board member, M.Sc. in biology and biochemistry. Magnus was born in 1956 and has been a Board member of Aerocrine since 2002. He is CEO and President of the Phadia group. Magnus is a Board member of Onyx Pharmaceuticals Inc. (of the US). He is also a Board member of Sweden BIO.

Yvonne Mårtensson Board Member

Born 1953. Board member since April 2009. Yvonne is since 1993 the CEO of Cellavision AB and possesses more than 25 years experince of international sales and marketing from fast-growing companies at different stages. Yvonne is also a board member in Biolin AB within the Cellavision group. Previous experience includes HemoCue AB where Yvonne among other things was the head of sales and marketing in the US.
