Paul has extensive experience of global sales, strategic marketing and business development. He was born in 1962 and was appointed as Aerocrine’s CEO in 2007. He was previously Senior Vice President of Commercial & Strategic Development, and a member of the corporate management of Biovitrum AB. He was also Executive Vice President of Global Strategic Marketing at Fresenius Kabi AB, which is part of the German Fresenius AG group, and was Head of Global Sales & Strategic Marketing at Pharmacia, as well as several international executive positions within the Unilever group in Europe. Mr Carlson was born in 1953 and has been a member of Aerocrine’s management since 1998. He has over 20 years’ product development and production experience in pharmaceuticals and medical technology. Mats is also a deputy Board member of RegMan AB. He was a Board member of the Swedish Industrial Design Foundation, SEDOC PM AB and the Karolinska Institute’s biotechnology Ph.D. program focusing on industry. His previous experience includes CEO of Pharmacia Chiron Partnership, a consultant for Wenell Management AB, Project Co-ordinator at Pharmacia and Project Manager at Siemens-Elema in product development for intensive care. Kjell Alving is the Director of Scientific & Medical Affairs and also co-founder of Aerocrine AB. Kjell is a Professor of Respiratory Pharmacology. He was born in 1959 and took up his position in Aerocrine’s management team in 2007. He joined Aerocrine from the Karolinska Institute, where he has been active in preclinical and clinical research for more than 20 years. His research included the discovery that asthmatics have increased NO levels in exhaled air. Kjell is a Board member of Alving & Ersson AB, and was previously a Board member of Nitricare AB. Kjell previously conducted allergy research in the former Pharmacia Diagnostics AB. Aerocrine shareholding: 139,440 and warrants corresponding to 70,000 shares. |
